Shipping Information

All of our products are shipped directly from the printer to the shipping address that you provide. Please note that if you provide an address that is not on your credit card as a verified address, we will email you to confirm the address as part of our security procedures.

Shipping Times:

• Standard Shipping: Regular shipping is with first class US Postal Service mail. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Because it takes us 1-2 business days to process the image you order to enhance it for printing, and it takes the printer 1-2 business days to process the print order, expect your order to arrive in 5-9 business days.
• Priority Shipping: During checkout, you can purchase "Priority Shipping Upgrades" that will use FedEx 3 day shipping. These orders will arrive in 4-7 business days (and oftentimes faster), as they receive priority processing at the printer and during our editing process.
• Large Format Prints: Please note that when you order prints above 12x18 inches (12x18, 16x24, 20x30), they will automatically be shipped via the priority shipping method, i.e. FedEx 3 day shipping. This is to ensure safe handling of the oversize packages. Therefore, these orders will arrive in 4-7 business days.
• Digital Images: Digital images (for public or personal use) are sent to you via the email address that you provide during the checkout process. We edit digital images just like we edit the photos that are purchased for printing so that you receive the highest quality photo possible (and one that is ready for you to print if you so choose). Therefore, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and enhance your photo. The photo will not be available for immediate download since we need to edit it first. Please note, the file will be 2-4 megabytes in size! Therefore, if your email address cannot receive large files, please provide an alternate address. If you do not have an email that can receive large files, please let us know by responding to the confirmation email, and we can set up a special download page for you to get your image.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard Shipping: $2.50 for up to 20 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, or 8x12 prints of any individual image! So if you want lots of copies of one particular photo, you will only be charged $2.50 for shipping!
• Priority Shipping: During checkout, click the "Add to Cart" button next to the Priority Shipping Upgrade, and we will process your order more quickly. The priority upgrade is $4.00 for your entire order.
• Large Format Prints: Because large format prints (12x18, 16x24, 20x30) require special packaging to ensure that they arrive without bends/creases/damage, shipping is done via Priority methods and costs $5.95 for the first print and $1.00 thereafter for multiple copies.
• Digital Images: There is no shipping charge for digital photos. They will be emailed to you, or in special cases, you can download them from our site after we edit them and send you a private link for the download page.
