What is our guarantee? That you will be 100% satisfied with the print that you purchase. PK Photography takes great pride in preparing excellent images for both print and web presentation. We have selected our professional print house carefully to ensure accurate color representation and consistently beautiful prints. We work on each photo individually when a customer makes a purchase. Each image is adjusted for sharpness, light levels, color balance, and overall feel. Images are cropped to focus on the person of interest, to further enhance the power of the image.

Therefore, we guarantee your satisfaction with the print you receive.

In cases where you might not be happy with the print, we will gladly refund the purchase and shipping price. We do however ask that you send the print back to us so that we can see what went wrong for future improvement. If the print you get is damaged from shipping, i.e. bent or creased, we will send you another print at no cost to you. Guaranteed.
